alright well its summertime again i belive i should be putting up some new art soon.

i just really haven't done anything worth while this past year or so
ive really been wanting to do something snapy but my lack of computer speed is keeping me down.
but im currently working on getting this laptop up and running so you can expect something from me soon
i know ive posted countless journals saying things along these lines but i really need to be doing something art wise to keep my skills improving
ive been reading like crazy lately and plan on painting somthing as soon as i finish

WHATS UP FUCKERS?

i have not even thought about uploading anything since my last journal. my art is all blah and i hate it.
its getting there but its not worth posting.
yesterday i drew a highly cartoon-ish girl.
you'll be able to find her in my scraps soon.

to kick start my art i started looking at some old school pin-ups via google.
Gil Elvgren is amazing.
then wile viewing i remebered i have a barns&nobel gift card and went right to the shopping cart.
im pumped for my art book to arive!

im thinking that to improve on my pin-up style im just going to have to turn to my old way of redrawing originals.
i really hope it works,
i miss art!

Unlike most of the world it took me till now to finish.
My sister left the book abandon on the kitchen table.
weird fuck pretty much caries it around with her.
so it only took me a day & a half

Anyway,
Not thrilled but content with the finial book of Harry Potter.
Pretty much guessed the ending a long time ago.
Parts of it were really overly cheesy.
Then again there’s tear stains on page 698
Sort of made me feel like I lost some childhood friends
